Sherry Budziak - Lead Consultant and President
Sherry has extensive experience in providing Web-based technology solutions for organizations.  Serving in key leadership roles for associations, she has particular expertise in association management, Web site strategy and administration, technology planning, project management, marketing and strategic planning.

As Associate Executive Director of a major medical association and Chief Operating Officer of an Internet company from 1996-2005, she understands the unique requirements of associations while having a strong background and relationships with the association vendor community.  While serving as COO for NetOn-Line Services, she worked with more than 150 organizations to help them define and implement their Web site strategies.   Sherry oversaw all business development, production, project management, and new product development activities.

During the same time, Sherry also served the parent organization as Associate Executive Director of Information Technology and Web Services, where she oversaw its Association Management System implementation, Web site redesign activities, eLearning programs, and participated in the strategic planning process for the organization.

Sherry holds two Bachelors of Arts degrees in Communications/Public Relations and Political Science from Valparaiso University. She is an active participant in the non-profit sector.

She is an active participant in the association community as a knowledge expert and frequent writer and speaker for the Association Forum, the American Society of Association Executives and Digital Now.  She also serves on the Association Forum's editorial workgroup and writes a regular column for the Association Forum's CEOnly e-newsletter.

Anne Allodi
Following 15+ years of progressive responsibility in association management, Anne works with associations to provide branding and design services.  Her clients continuously rely on her design style which provides a unique blend of clean, creative design and superior cost-efficiency. Client projects range from the most basic production work, to the more complex 4- and 6-color marketing pieces. Publication redesigns and Annual Meeting/Convention materials are a specialty. In addition to design and production services, we also provide many clients with advertising and sponsorship sales, as well as management consulting.

Cynthia Dorko
Cynthia offers our clients the benefit of her strong general management background and over 20 years broad based experience in strategic business operations, customer response and project management. As a results-oriented Senior Business/Operations Manager at Motorola and Southwestern Bell, Cynthia utilized her strong grasp of modern human resource management, financial, marketing and process improvement techniques to manage large teams and large budgets against challenging deadlines.  Cynthia has successfully directed start-up and transitional companies and continues to provide strategic and operational project management support for our clients.

Lawrence E. Rosenthal, Ph.D.
Larry Rosenthal has 28 years experience as a senior association executive. His areas of expertise include strategic and business planning, strategic plan implementation, association governance, organizational structure, information systems development, convention and meeting management, financial management, and educational program development. Larry has served as a facilitator for state, regional, national and international organizations.

Larry's core competency that he brings to all of his work is his ability to review and observe what appears to be unrelated, possibly conflicting activities and to discern potential commonality and relationship where none may be apparent. Then working with the client, he helps structure the apparently disparate components into a related systematic functioning activity.
